Account Deletion

1. Email Deletion Request:

  • Send your Name and the email ID used for registration to support@tappytech.com.
  • Upon receiving the request, we’ll verify and confirm the account deletion.
  • In some cases, you may receive a unique link to your registered email for initiating the deletion process.

 

2. Mobile App Deletion:

  • Log in to the Mobile App and go to the “SETTINGS” tab at the bottom.
  • Choose “Account & Security” and select “Delete Account”.
  • Confirm the deletion; all account data will be permanently removed from our systems.

 

Note:

Deleting your account will also remove associated data, including any token (s) and registered wearables.

Any payment transactions using the wearable will cease. To resume, re-register account and wearables to add payment information.
